That application sounds like a spyware (www.castlecop.com). You might want to scan your computer for viruses/spywares.

Internet Explorer probably encountered an unrecoverable error, and was unable to continue, so it must close and restart. it may have been caused by application or web page interactions.

Are you at any particular site or doing a specific action when this occurs? Did this start ocurring all of a sudden?

--Try clearing the cache under TOOLS/INTERNET OPTIONS, and choose the General tab. Use the delete files option to clear any temporary files.

Aint that something.....................I have been getting the same thing whenever i click on the box at the top of the pages to shut off the pages and that.----Then sometimes it causes problems with my connections that i get Invalid member ID & Password when i try to connect to netzero (myISP) then i have to uninstall then reinstall a hundred times. If you find out pls tell me. I'm having the geek squad come to my home and i know its goin to cost even if it is a minor thing. Good luck cause i had sent the same question as you and didn't gwet much response.
