My kids always took their naps in my bed when they were younger (by 5 years old, I couldn't get them to take one to save my life), so that I could keep an eye on them.

I would let her fall asleep and when she did I would move her back to her bed ..I did that soooo many times till she found out at school that they were big girls and no one did that anymore and you kinda feel like ahhhhhh my baby doesnt want me anymore and they grow up so fast that I say my part try to keep them babies for as long as possible..because ..they are influenced by others ..to be little ladies...at a young age...even though the are almost second graders

Let him do it once, bcause I remember that sometimes when I was scared or sad, I wanted to sleep in my parent's bed, and it was soooo sad when they wouldn't let me do it... so just let him do it once, but don't get him used to it!!
