If you want to find out more, I suggest you go to the Globe theatre (or if you can't manage that, find some amateur shows) and watch some productions in performance. You get more out of it that reading the texts.

Be slightly more specific - which plays, methods of showing, theatres, was he really Marlowe, etc, then yes. Too big a subject for just that question.
