Usually the Reticulated Python (Python reticulatus) is considered the longest, and the Anaconda (Eunectes murinus) is number two and the Burmese python (Python molurus bivittatus) is the third.

Frank pretty much got it right. The longest snake is the Reticulated python, but the "biggest" (by weight) is the green anaconda. The third is generally considered to be the burmese python.
