Oh Yes! He sure likes you very much!, BUT these comments are just lusty physical things, he'll surely like lots of other *** and women in bikinis etc too... even if not now, sooner or later, for sure.
Does he care about your feelings? Comfort you without sexual stuff too? Will he stay and help stay stuck with part of the 24 hour care changing poopy diapers and soothing cries ?
You don't need to worry if he likes you at all, but just need to think responsibly for yourself about how he likes you; Don't assume its only you or for long-term or in different circumstances. Be careful about sweet lies and empty promises. Get to know him over a long time if you two will get serious. Enjoy life but take care of yourself too :)
