I am sure that there are shampoos and conditioners and soaps made just for ice cold showering!
Go online to see what you can find!

Cold shower.... are you crazy????
How about a bath, a nice face scrub followed by a nice mud face pack, a 10 minute leave in conditioner, shave legs/pits.
Finish off with a cold shower to close pores (this also will make your hair really glossy).
Then paint your toe nails, grab a bar of choccy and settle down to watch a couple of movies.
Perfect.

wash out conditioner not too much on the roots more on the ends just leave it on a couple of minutes before you wash it out to make your hair softer.

why are you having a cold shower?
you will catch a cold if your not careful

Shampoo and then use a regular conditioner. Once you get out, the use a leave-in conditioner. This will make it so that you hair will not be dry. The leave in conditioner stays in your hair to moisturize it.

Leave in conditioners always leave my hair too soft and floaty and unmanageable; feels like baby hair!

As for the hot/cold shower thing - am I right in guessing you mentioned cold showers to get attention to your question?! Cos it worked!

Enjoy your ablutions, honey!

To one of the answers - you can't catch a cold from the cold. A cold is a virus.

If you need a hot shower, do give me a buzz. Helping you would be a pleasure for sure (that's, as long as you're not lesbian, course).
