can someone please interpret this for me? "Oneida's common and preferred stockholders will not receive any distributions under the plan and their equity was cancelled as of the plan's effective date." I hope that doesnt mean my shares are worthless now, because it currently says the price is .003 For more info...(ONEI.PK) on yahoo finance, its the most recent news. Thank you so much.

Yes, unfortunately, that's what it means.

That's one reason people should stay away from penny stocks and stocks that don't have good fundamentals.

It means your shares are worthless now. Before, they were nearly worthless, but now they are really worthless.
