It is http://www.ox.ac.uk/

However Oxford is made up of several colleges which are little universities within the greater university. If you are an American who wants to study abroad at Oxford you need at least a 3.5 GPA, great recommendations, 2 graded writing samples, and a personal statement. The Institute for Study Abroad at Butler University organizes it for students all across the US (http://www.ifsa-butler.org/programs/england/oxford/index.html )

Well, are you really sure you want to try for Oxford. They only accept literate people who know that first person singular is a captial "I" and that a number is not a word... they use "to" or "too" and reserve "Two" for "2". They also know that Proper Nouns are capitalized, so it's "Oxford University".

Perhaps you may do better at a technical school
