The car, by a large margin. Aerodynamic downforce (wings, body) pushes it down on the track and causes it to corner and brake much better. And the bike has terrible aerodynamics which limits its' top speed.
"In 2004, V Rossi lapped the Sepang circuit in qualifying for the Malaysian Grand Prix in the very quick time of 2:01 (dry), that's 2 mins and 1 sec. In the same year M Schumacher lapped the same circuit in the time of 1 minute and 33seconds. This is a full 75% of the time a motorcycle takes. Or put another way; a F1 car can do 4 laps in the time a MotoGP cycle can do only 3."

The Lap time of a Formula car at Melbourne Grand Prix is 1:08:346 and that of the Moto Gp bike is 1:30:456, which was today which you have seen it live, I too saw it.
The F1 car accelerates from 0-100kmph in less than 2.25s and that of a Moto Gp bike is 3.45sec.
A typical Formula One produces a ground force of 5.5g which is enough for the car to ride theoretically upside down and what about the Moto Gp bike.
The F1 car's highest speed trap classification is 384.67kmph of F.Massa of Ferrari in Silverstone and that of a Moto Gp bike may be some near 325kmph.
So what do you think, I think now you are getting an idea of which is faster and better. Formula one is alway one rev ahead of any technology.
Formula one really rock, you get even freaked when you get to any of the race LIVE. You feel like screaming with the F1 car when it dances at the chicanes and the tyres bounces at the corner, you will feel like pushing your car like Formula One while driving home (be careful about that drive safe).

a formula 1 car can go up 2 (340km/h) as top speed considered 2 a GP motorcycle (about 280km/h)...
but... the acceleration of a GP motorcycle is way more better than that in a formula 1 car (due 2 the difference in weight)!

if were talking about the maximum speed of both sporting vehicles, the answer is definitely formula one. And maximum speed is acounted on the straights not the corners, chicane, the whole track, kinds of tracks etc. acceleration is another story. imagine in a drag race, the gp motorcycle might lead in the first few seconds but after that, the formula one car would leave it way behind. common sense.

Found this on Wiki:
The FIM has become concerned, much as the FIA in formula one, at the advances in design and engineering that result in higher speeds all around the race track since 2002. The current MotoGP speed record of 347.4 km/h (215.864mph) was set by Loris Capirossi on Ducati Desmosedici GP4 at IRTA Tests in Catalunya in 2004. By way of comparison, the current Formula One speed record of 369.9 km/h (229.8 mph) was set by Antonio Pizzonia of the BMW Williams F1 team, at Monza in 2004. To ensure safety, they have agreed upon a set of regulation changes to reduce motorcycle speeds. These include changes in weight, fuel capacity and eventually from 2007 a reduction in engine capacity:
So, certainly in 2004, F1 cars were faster than MotoGP bikes (apparently the fastest bikes)

They both accelerate about the same, but the extra downforce means that F1 cars can brake MUCH later and carry more speed through corners.
In testing with Ferrari, Valentino Rossi says that it was very hard to get used to braking so late in the F1 car. On a Moto GP bike, he said that you start braking HARD about 200 meters before the turn, whereas in an F1 you can wait until 70 meters and it feels like your eyeballs will be sucked out of your head!

A Formula One car is much faster. F1 and MotoGP use the same circuits for several races and the average lap speed for an F1 car is faster by quite a lot.

They did a test at Donington a few years back against a F1 Tyrrell-Yamaha & a Yamaha GP bike. The Bike out accelerated the car but car could corner lot quicker and more stable so won easily.

The Formula 1 car, because it's not only faster down the straights, it's also at least TWICE as fast as the bike in tricky corners.
