Is he a good rider? Can he win MotoGp world championship?

Hes defo a good rider, but he comes from a totally different school, and despite the fact he never went thru the categories most GP riders go thru 125cc and 250cc on his first year (2003) on moto gp he was chosen rookie of the year, he ended up 5th

Now about winning the championship hes got what it takes as a rider, I disagree when people say hes not capable, or not as aggressive, that hes intimidated by Valentino Rossi, I mean Vale won 7 championships the man is a living legend, no doubt, and hes the last person you want breathing on your neck, but I think Vale is beatable if his oponents dont pay as much attention to his mind games, that has served him well in the past, if you dont believe me look at Sete Gibernau he never won another race after Vale told him hed never win again, and he hasnt, the psychological factor is very important when your competing against Vale natural borned winner, because hes extremely strong mentally actually more than physically, his mindframe and intelligence have been the key to his success besides his riding skills and technique, now Nicky knows this quite well they were teammates in the past, the good thing is that they never became friends, so Vale doesnt really know how to fully attack Hayden psychologically, with Sete the situation was different because these two were very good friends then became enemies, so Vale always knew how to hurt Sete psychologically and morally destroy him..IMO Nicky needs to follow Rossi around, Hayden cant make a stupid mistake now, he has to push harder cause the rest will do so, but not as hard and make a mistake that would cost him the championship.. if he follows Rossi around and both of them get on the podium the numbers will favour Nicky, now if HRC Honda insists on treating Hayden as the red-headed stepchild and continue to make him test a new chassis, or a new set of tyres in every other race then the championship is in jeopardy because theres only 3 races left, but Hayden was chosen as the 800cc developer so he has been forced to test all kinds of different parts all along the championship, as a matter of fact his bike is a hybrid prototype that has been constantly changing in order to test parts for the 800cc unlike Pedrosa's thats why we have seen a somewhat erratic Hayden that can win races, finish second or third and all of a sudden 9th and 5th.. it wasnt his fault as a rider, but the set up and tyres chosen for each race, HRC was more focused on Dani Pedrosa before his accident, now they realised they need Hayden if they aspire to win the championship, HRC Honda has pretty much already won the Constructors and Team Champs.
BTW Rossi should have been penalised for his infridgment on the yellow flag rule on the 18th lap in Philip Island, but he wasnt, nor the marshals or Race Direction saw the waving yellow flag, at least not during the race, but afterwards they checked some video footage and they realised that Rossi had to be penalised, but if the rider is not warned during the race, theres nothing that could be done after the race..if Rossi doesnt get any more help from blind marshals and Race Direction perhaps we could have a new Moto GP Champ.

Sorry for such a long post but to answer ur 2nd question properly we have to check all the possibilities

It's been an interesting 2006... Hayden has such a huge potential and is continually getting better as his career progresses and having a team like Repsol Honda behind certainly hasn't hindered his chances of breaking Rossi's championship run. As for winning the championship, after Laguna Seca I was saying yes, but... Rossi hasn't made it easy to make any predictions even with a few races left - he's had technical failures, broken wrist and yet still has that grasp on the title.

It's been fun watching him learn how to race Moto GP for the past two seasons, and once he learned that a soft front/soft rear combo won't last the entire race he started winning.

He seems to either be having bike problems or cold feet lately, though. It almost looks like he's sitting in the back because he's afraid to push too hard. But if he keeps doing that, Rossi's going to catch him! Grow some cojones, Nicky! It's the CHAMPIONSHIP you're gunning for, not just another sponsorship!

Either way, I'm happy with either Vale or Nicky at the end.

i did not recognize both Marco and Nicky had no crew chiefs in Ducati! it really is so unhappy to be sure one which has been a international champion having outcomes like this. It easily has to have something to do with the bike :P i'm really a lot positive Nicky receives a significantly better effect than Canepa. Gibernau has finished a significantly better position even as racing at abode, so i'm positive Nicky will nail him in Le Mans. i imagine that for Nicky to receive a significantly better effect than Kalio, he will prefer to have an progression on the bike regardless of the reality that :P i'm in reality predicting an same as Ciccio heheh
