what is the best way to spend a sunday evening if you are alone?

for a person who has nothing and no one but comp. & internet, how long can you keep yourself engaged in music & games and browsing the net???

lol, You have a computer and internet, then you absolutely don't have "nothing and no one".

You have an opportunity to meet 1000's of people who are interesting, who you can teach, and who you can learn from. Explore a different culture online, explore a different language with an online friend. Discuss favorite recipes, movies, books, politics, children, anything and everything..

Meet people from around the world and discuss the news of their country, and how they perceive your country.

btw, you can also find new friends right here on Yahoo Answers, find someone whose answers are interesting to you, just click the name, see if they allow messages to be sent to them, and introduce yourself.

Life is an adventure, and you can start the adventure right where you're sitting.

With good online friends, you could spend hours online just trying to keep up with everyone.

It all depends on how you like to spend your Sunday evening. That is the best way for you to spend your evening. My best way to spend an evening would be to go out for a while... some place nice.... a beach! But I don't live close to a beach so I'd rather catch a movie, eat dinner out and come home. One can get tired of just browsing the net or playing games, or reading a book. One should plan a different activity every sunday so she/he doesn't get bored.

Try some Activitiez like this....i use to do that....n i never Get Bored....sunday Should b different 4rom Other week dayz as It is holiday n No College Today so I make Breakfast My self on sundays...Dont want 2 Bother My mama ...n i spend some Time in Kitchen making some thing for My self .....Then Watering plants....Loads Of painting...........try some Gr8 Colour combinations in it that u can also Put in Ur dresses......Watch Barbie Tele Movie On cartoon network On sundays.....Change some settings Of Ur Room......n arrange Ur wardrop......discuss some issues with Ur mama,papa Or Ur simbling......Make Any Thing special Like any sweet dish 4 ur family members......Iron ur Cloths that u hv 2 wear next day In college.....Go 4 a walk with sum friend ......Learn 2 play any Musical Instrument Like i m learning Piano.....Its gr8 fun.....

The question is why you are alone ? find a like minded person to go out with. Otherwise try to mingle with some elderly persons in your neighouberhood. They have wonderful stories to tell but no one to listen to them. Or go out for a walk and try to count the numer of palm trees ( or even electric polls) on your way. then try to calculate the average distance between these trees. But there is nothing to beat a good book.

What is alone? I have my 21 year old son living with me!

However, it is almost like being alone, since he is holed up in his room playing computer games.

I clean actually, which would most likely be boring to you!

For you, I would suggest reading.

Reading is a GREAT way to spend time. You can borrow tons of really great books at the library.

the internet seems like it has endless entertainment these days but one can get bored from being on here too long. i was sick yesterday and today so i just laid in bed with my laptop and after i answered my daily limit of answers i didnt know what to do with myself. lol. it never hurts to learn something new. last night i read all the lyrics to my favorite CD and looked up all the words i didnt know. you could also look at paintings online. go window shopping online. id unno

i will have conversation with my friends and call them to my place and then i ll ve party or i will chat with my boyfriend. will use to do creative work. i use to think i m sure u to have brain so u can do the same then songs nd movie. and plan gr8 ideas for next day. u can read story books. specially love story if u r like me.

use a telephone or net and look for someone u do not know and who does not know u . as u can share everything because he cannot harm u. I do the same
