When i measure my blood pressure, i've noticed something-

my systolic blood pressure is normal ( under 120) in both arms, but as for diastolic blood pressure, it's between normal and high, namely 89 in my left arm, and normal ( lower than 8) in my right arm. is the relatively high diastolic blood pressure in my left arm case for worry?

Not to worry. Your left arm is closer to your heart and that is why the reading is higher. I've had high blood pressure for 15 years and my left arm is always higher than the right. Most doctors, or nurses, will take your blood pressure from the left arm.

Yes, the left arm is the best for blood pressure, since it is closer to the heart.

I wouldn't worry, but suggest that you measure in one arm only and periodically in the other.
