You're LUCKY you're almost 50, I'm over 50...seriously, you probably having a middle age problem, overweight, depressed, feeling weak, a little erectile dysfunction and your physical feature don't look the same in the mirror 20 years ago... but you are doing a good thing.. seeing a Doctor. Get some counseling, take some vitamins, exercise, improve your social life and you'll be fine. Age is just a number, what you feel about yourself is more important.

I am almost 50, called Mike, and have some information for you.
I specialise in a relatively new scientifically validated approach, which seems to actually work, having come across this scenario many times before. No charge if you want to have a quick chat about it, just contact me via my profile ... I'll even call you and save you the cost of a call.
Take Care!

I think if you make a committment to walk an hour after work or before work each day, you will see a vast improvement. Walking helped me with sleeping problems and it will also help you lose weight and feel better. Get crackin'!

you should get out and lose weight. Also if you are feeling old, do some sports activities for fun with your friends. Help the commuity or do something good which will help you with your sleep problems. Do you live with anyone? If you have a daughter or son, you could take them to fun places and have fun with them.

The doctor can only do so much, and probably won't help you much with what's actually troubling you.

first you need to figure life out.... why are you here? you are here becuase God wanted you to be! with God... you won't feel this way... God made you the way you are... and now it is your turn to accept it... He loves you!
