Stretch belly muscle everyday, and always pinched the fat everyday so the fat will burn up while you working or studying or when you exercise. Check out the store, it might sell 'special' tea that can eliminate fat or oil inside body by turning into waste.

Well theres no magic cure ( I dont believe in pills )

However a sensible diet with exercise will do wonders

When I say sensible diet have a think about what you eat in a day and think which of that is nutritional and what is luxury. Also when you reach for the biscuit or the second portion of sunday lunch try not !

There's a product on the market called Relacore, but I do not have any knowledge of its efficacy. Best advice, most conservative also, would be to eat healthy and exercise, in particular, sit-ups - lots of them. Works every time.

Plenty of exerice like running and abdominal exercises and drink loads of water. Eat fruit in the evening

Cut out fast food, processed foods,beer and sweets well don't cut out completely cause that will lead to binging so only eat in moderation, and your going to have to exercises do sit up and only stop when you absolutely can't do anymore.

dont drink beer or alcopops if you have to drink have vodka and a diet drink

cut down the amount of cheese you eat

do stomach crunches an sit ups every day
