It is "DUO core" if it is Intel!!!

Two cores in one CPU chip.

AMD makes a great dual core, better, faster, cheaper in cost, called the X2.

I would go for any AMD over Intel...

Processors had reached their limit as to speed, more or less. So, to get around this they have Two/Duel Processors that can take up the slack. Easy way to explain.
