find your upper radiator hose... find where it connects to the engine, should be only two or four bolts, take those out, first make sure the engine isnt running and make sure you have taken off the radiator cap and some anti freeze will spill, so be careful, the thermostat can be one of two places, the most common is in the upper radiator hose that connects to the engine and the other place is in the same hose but is on the other side, the side that connects to the radiator... it isnt hard to replace and in an emergency it can be run without it
