how many work days are in a month for accounting purposes? I am in an operations course that is driving?

me nuts. It is a shirt factory that makes 1600 shirts a month. They want to know the work in progresss on any given day. But it is unclear what month it is and how many work days there are in month.

Each quarter has 13 weeks. Two 4 week months have 20 work days with the 5 week month having 25 work days. If the fiscal year is a calendar year, the third month is the 5 week month.
