I'm Italian and I just want to understand. Terrorism is the systematical use of violence which aims to create a climate of fear in a population in order to reach a certain political goal. According to this definition, do u think ur president is a terrorist? Did he create a climate of terror in America? If he did, how? And why do so many people still support him? What makes him different from Bin Laden? Do u think President Bush really represents USA?

First of all, I m not blaming ur country or americans. I said I just want to understand what's happening. Why do so many american soldiers blame Bush? If what Micheal Moore says it's true, why do so many people are still for Bush? Are America, Italy, UK really in Iraq to liberate it or what? What about oil?
Talking about Italy, we have been governed by Fascists for so long (and I'm not talking about Mussolini!) and it was them who sent italian troops in Iraq. I'm not at all proud of my country cuz I'm against war.
Carol I think Mussolini was different from Bush: his ways of creating terror were less psychological and more material, the historical period is different but the results are the same. They are both evil to me.

He sure is babe!
The more advanced countries just invent their own terror and then identify it where they want it to be, so they can then attack to achieve their agendas.
You cant fight terror it is an idea "the war on terror" is just buzz words to keep the sheeples happy at home and not thinking too much.

Oh, Gee......Let me help you to "just understand." What you are getting confused about is making comparisons between, Radical Islamic fundamentalist, and say.....the Italian Mafia, or some group like that, and trying to make the case that the President of the U.S.A. is somehow similar, or exactly the same, when he has a policy of fighting back against terrorist in a proactive way that doesn't meet up to your expectations of sanitation with regard to your ideal of the world.
NO! President Bush is not a terrorist, but your question is loaded and stupid like you dumb foreign A$$! Next time you Euro-fags get overrun by Nazis, Fascists, or Islam don't ask for our help! Beyatch!!

Yes, Bush is the ultimate terrorist. His 'cowboy' approach to foreign affairs has resulted in America's decline into what eventually will become a third-rate world power, not unlike Russia.
Bush created certain political goals by fabricating a 'terrorist' attack on U.S. soil (the bombing of the Pentagon and the World Trade Center twin towers). His handlers and the nameless, faceless power brokers who actually rule the U.S.A. behind the scenes, needed an excuse to illegally and unconstitutionally invade Iraq for two reasons: 1) they wanted to settle the score against Saddam Hussein, and 2) Cheney wanted all of Iraq's OIL so his Exxon-Mobil buddies could get richer and richer and richer.
By bombing the New York buildings and the Pentagon, a climate of fear allowed the Bush administration to run ripshod over our Constitution, turn America into a police state where citizens are considered guilty until proven innocent, and begin the process of bullying the world. We are, after all, only 5% of the global population, but we squander more than 55% of the world's resources; that gluttony could not subside.
People support him because (as any good salesman knows) fear and doubt are the greatest motivators. By using such fear tactics, the citizenry and the Congress gave Bush everything his handlers wanted.
What makes Bush different than binLaden? Bush is fighting to protect America's wealthy elitists and industrialists; lobbyists; special interest groups and big business. binLaden is fighting for a cause in which he truly believes. That makes binLaden the lesser of the two evils.
No, Bush does not represent the U.S.A. He is purely a puppet being told what to say and how to act.

The Bush administration is the most evil, corrupt, incompetent, greedy, dastardly ever to occupy our White House, in collusion with an equally corrupt and cowardly U.S. Congress.
PREDICTION; We will NOT WITHDRAW TROOPS from Iraq for decades - not until we've sucked all the OIL out of Iraq's sands. That's why the U.S. is building the largest embassy in the world on 104-acres of prime real estate in downtown Baghadad.
PREDICTION; We will invade Iran within the next ten months for the same reason: we want all those fields of rich, easily-accessible OIL. And we don't want to share with the rest of the world.
PREDICTION: If it appears that the Democrats will win the White House and Congress in 2008, Bush's handlers will arrange for another "terrorist attack" on U.S. soil, killing even more innocent Americans. That will enable Bush to declare martial law, suspending the elections, claiming that it's in the best interests of national security to not change administrations in a time of crisis. -RKO-

No,
Do you want Mr.Bush's job? do you have any ideas of how to reason with these extremist savages in the middle east? if you say give them everything they want and pull out then they'll come to you and say I have more demands and when you give into those demands they'll say not enough and make bigger threats.
What makes him different than Bin Laden? Bin Laden wants
to commit genocide by destroying whole populations of people
with biological chemical and even nuclear weapons if he can
get them he is a mass murderer who is responsible for the deaths of over 3000 innocent people including children as young as 3 years old who died at the world trade center in 2001 there is no comparison to a monster like that.

No. Despite what you hear, Bush is operating under U.N. law and the Geneva Conventions. The war in Iraq is legal since there was a U.N. Security Council Resolution authorizing the use of force. Our troops are in uniform and not specifically targeting civilians (civilian casualties are permitted under the Geneva Conventions, but you are not permitted to specifically target civilian targets), Terrorists such as bin Laden do not operate under U.N. sanctions, they do not wear uniforms and they specifically target civilians.
There is no "climate of terror" in the U.S., we have been the target of terrorism, but it is not running rampant. If you go to any beach or park today, you will not see a bunch of people cowering from the fear of terror, you will see a bunch of people enjoying a nice day.
By virtue of our Constitution, he certainly does represent the U.S., and generally most Americans believe in the Constitution.

Absolutely! But Bush is just a puppet. He surely is not intelligent enough to do all these atrocities on his own. He's the current version of Hitler. I am American, and a Military veteran. I'm very patriotic, and a staunch supporter of the US Constitution. George and his gang are against all the principles that the United States was founded upon.
Read the Declaration of Independance of the United States, and take note of how many of the charges against King George can also legitimately be made against George Bush.

Yes Bush is a terrorist. The USA is a terrorist nation and we will pay for it. Stay tuned and watch the USA go down in shame. Why do people support him? Because most supporters do not have a real clue to what is really going on. ( So called head in sand ) It's the "My country right or wrong". Well, this USA is now wrong and we are headed for another Vietnam. I'm ashamed to live in this USA. I'm now ashamed to have served in the USA military. ( Note:...I believe Bin Laden has more respect in the world than Bush. Bush is a hated man.)

President bush is trying to protect USA by trying to stablize the middle east. He got rid of Saddam because he was killing his own people and allowing the terrorist to train in Iraq. Also, Saddam was promoting suicide bombers to go over to Israel and kill innocent people... Bush had to do something to start middle east peace and get rid of the crazy people over there. I don't think any of us thought it would be this long but better fight it over there than our own country.. such as 9-11... If bush did nothing then everyone would complain he wasn't even trying to do anything.. I don't see how anyone can compare the murderous Bin Laden to anyone who is even human....Bush did not create a climate of terror in American..That started on 9-11..... since then we watch our backs and yes, many of us stand behind what he is trying to do for our safety and future peace in the world. They brought it to us first so we will do whatever we can to cease this so our great grandchildren and live in peace and harmony. We got Saddom out of his hole and many other terrorist have been captured and put away. One by one and eventually we will get Osama out of his coward hole
