Your face is well supplied by cutaneous nerves, and each hair has a tiny muscle attached. Plucking the hair injures the muscle and it sends a 'distress' signal to the nerve endings and your brain sends other messages to different areas of the face or even along the skin of the neck or back to alarm and respond with a mild reaction...a sneeze or a chill up or down the neck or spine. If it is a big problem, place a wash cloth filled with ice over the eye brow for several minutes before you begin...it will stop the sneezing.

Just a suggestion:
If you do not want to get them waxed (affordable and lasts longer), then try icing your brows before you pluck. This will numb the surface area of your brow, and possibly stop the sneezing reaction.
Good Luck!

My eyes water up and sometimes even a small headache, and my brother sneezes when plucking away the middle brow hairs. I think it just triggers a certain "function" in your nose system or so. Whatever it triggers, you're certainly not the only one!
Hope this helped. : )

Yeah happens to me too, dont know why. I put a hot flannel on my eyebrows, it opens the folicles I think, it does make it easier and sneeze free.

~~~this happens because the eye area has the thinnest skin,,its very sensitive,,,while your plucking your eyebrows your also "wakeing" up the little nerve endings,,,,your eyes,,nose,,and mouth are all intertwind in the sinus cavity,,,try rubbing an ice cube on your eyebrows before plucking,,,,,~~~
