You are a small part of the universe, so anything that you believe the universe is trying to tell you can also be perceived as something a part of you is trying to tell your conscious self.

You can't separate yourself from the universe, nor your perception of it- whatever you perceive outside of yourself is a reflection of your own unique perspective.

Question is, why did you ask the question? And what are you trying to tell yourself?

In a manner of speaking. I think everyone has a purpose here...god or the universe (if you worship any at all) needs us each to do something. Its part of the grand design.

Listen to God on a whisper rather than letting it come through loud and clear in a storm. Just be open to your intuition, God never leaves your side. so sure there are signs all over the place.

Nah. You're just suffering from background anthropocentic egotism. Have a drink or two, it'll pass.

yes it is, but it is all confused itself so even if you do decipher the message you will have to ignore it. But politeness costs nothing, so if I were you I'd send one back saying, "thanks, it's appreciated, but really I feel I should just do my own thing, live my own life, stuff like that; I really hope you're not offended"

PS avendrow is 100% right but don't dwell on it - anthropocentric egotism is how we get through the day...
