What is a suitable outfit for jogging and running in playgrounds (for male)? I am willing to start jogging and have purchased complete tracksuit and running shoes. But now I find most people (men) here wear shorts while jogging. Will it be ridiculous to wear tracksuit and jog among them? is tracksuit meant for ladies only?

Absolutely not. Wear whatever you want, whatever you feel comfortable. I am a member of a running club, and yes most of the men wear shorts, but no one would look twice if you wore tracky bottoms. At the end of the day, all anyone cares about is how they themselves are running, and maybe helping others, and giving encouragement.

If you are running for excersize and toning, you may want to wear comfortable clothes such as shorts and a t-shirt. However, if you are trying to lose weight, wear the suit. This keeps the body warmer, and will raise the amount of sweat and calories burned. CAreful not to overheat yourself, drink lots of water (no soft drinks) and track your heart rate.

in shoirt wear shorts and you might end up winning a medal. in tracksuit you may remain a little short of it

See first what makes you comfort later you can see whether what you wear makes others comfortable or not and for jogging trcks would be the best.GO AHEAD.
