this is what it says "Copy Mimesis v3 into the Mimesis folder in this package. Copy just the contents, meaning the xbe should be in the root of the folder when you finish copying.
-Double click the BAT script that corresponds to your exploitable game and follow the instructions."

the lowest part, the begining
if its your main drive its c:\
like the table of contents in a book.
if you want to locate a file, it is in a folder.....
for example.
c:\windows\ is a directory , a location or address
c:\windows\hello.jpg is a file ( hello.jpg) at that address....

a directory ( folder) can have folderd underneath it too
c:\windows\system\ and so on

so, "c:" is the drive,
\whatever is a directory.
file.ext is the file name
c:\ is the "root" or first directory.....
I hope this helps
