Try a whole food store or a health food store. Most prenatal vitamins are OTC.

best person to talk to is the pharmacists. I talked to him and he was really really helpful. But all prenatal vitamins have the same amount of folic acid and calcium in it. so good luck hunting

pregnacare i believe is dye free, otherwise go to a healthfood store - holland and barratt etc - and you can get a liquid forumla especially for pregnancy, prenatal and breastfeeding women. Floxodine or somehting, cant recall what its called.
