You cant ! Sorry but that is a fact !
You can try unsubscribing it may or may not work in all cases.
I have learnt that the best way to keep spam out is never to subscribe on any sites unless and uptil you are 100% sure that it is an authentic site and you really want to subscribe to their emails.
But still you will be getting a lot of spam :-). So there is no sure fire way of saving yourself from spam. Usually I just report them as spam and don't worry about it !

I use MailWasher Pro, you can block domains or individual senders. If you set up a 'block', be aware that if you block a domain such as @msn.com you actually block all e-mails sent from msn.

Try blocking "message body contains PHmsiarma" or "subject contains ....."

p.s. I don't advise using a .spam-cop' site to report abuse, these can have an adverse effect and make the problem worse (they call it revenge).

Hey asked this in one of my regular chat rooms and I got this erply from someone

- " If you can find it , you'd be a billionare by now"

Spam Filters are the best option you have , but still they get to ur inbox ...As a precautionary measure , avoid publicly give ur email id's ... as in website etc... even if u do it ... do it like ...
xyx at gmail.com instaed of usual @ ...
