I presume that u will be spending three days in Goa.
In this scenario, u can spend 1 day for north goa, 1 day for south goa. Remaining 1 day u can decide to spend on the nearest beach from wherever u stay.
There r day tours available in Goa. They show u around the most popular places in these tours. Mostly by 2 by 2 luxury buses. Please do this and then u will know which places u liked most. Most of these day-tours start from Panaji and end in Panaji.
Then either u can spend ur balance 1 day in those places or the nearest beach.

Be fair to Goa, in three days you will not njoy Goa.
Visit to Spice garden apart from Beaches is MUST
