Once you change your habits and continuously follow those habits for a long period of time they become your nature.It requires focus and action over the new good habits in our everyday lives by resisting the previously followed bad habits.

I think the nature of a person can never be changed, you can try to fix things but you can never totally change a person, even if you could do it for a couple of years there will come a day when the true nature comes out.

Naturally all children are born innocent. But when growing up they develop bad or good natures in them. So if one realises his or her mistakes (bad nature) they can definitely change their attitude and change their nature, in future. Habits are also in a form of nature.

nature can be changed, based on external factors, and experiences. If I stop my habit of smoking, my nature will change--I will frequent non-smoking restaurants and bars. I will avoid homes of heavy smokers, I will avoid the smoking break-room. my nature will change

Nothing can be changed but can be restrained or controlled out of fear. Once the fear is gone,they will revert back to square one.
