put a cover over the birdcage at night if the bird keeps you up. I have a parkeet and when I go to bed and it is dark, he goes to sleep and is quiet until I wake in the morning so I never cover it. but the cover will help. they have covers in the pet shop

lol. I have the same problem with my bird. Maybe there is too much going on? Is the T.V. on, or a lot of lights? Do you have the radio on? Turn everything off and cover his/her cage. Try not to pay him/her any attention.
