Try Kohls. There is a wide selection of black dress pants in almost all the sizes in the juniors department. They are well made and resonably priced.
The ones I get are called suit pants. They are really the bottoms to a suit, but they look great with anything, not just a suit jacket (I don't buy the jacket, I just wear the pants with whatever shirt I am wearing). I get all my dress pants there.
(tip-don't look online for these, they don't show them all online, they have more in the actual store)

Depends on how much you want to spend. I really like the fit of the pants at the Limited Express.

it depends on where u live. but i suggest chain stores like kohls,walmart, target, or fashion bug. dont go to the mall cuz any sizes except for plus sizes are like XXS. but the chain stores cater to anything. thigh areas, waist size, inseam, and overall size. hope i helped

try macys khols and express you should find the pants there!!!
