the last person i knew who hardly drank any water but survived on coffee came down with gallstones and when that was removed, discovered she had leukemia.
So drink. Water's good to wash away the toxins stored up in body. You don't want to end up suffering like that. Its not worth it.

I am using distilled water now, because it is supposedly the purest. I prefer it cold. Warm water does not do it for me. Definitely a lemon, lime or orange slice to give it some flavor. Mint too, would help, and the leaf, chewed, will settle your stomach - if you need to.
64 ounces (2 liters) a day can be a major drag.

I hate the taste of water too. Sometimes I am really thirsty but still have to force myself to drink. I have found flavoring water slightly, like a really weak crystal light mix helps. Water intake is one of the most important things for you to keep on top of for too many reasons to list!

Try flavored water, tea and juice, in that order. They all have a high concentration of water in them, and can give you other nutrients as well if you simply don't drink water. But you shouldn't drink more sodas if you get thirsty, because that can be very bad for your health.

I feel you girl...I hate water!
But I know that it's a necessary evil, that if I don't drink, my body can start rejecting me.
Try putting a wedge of lemon in your water at least it makes it more palatable.
By the way there are foods that have high water content in them, but they don't supply all of the daily recommendations

Water is grim. Especially from the tap. You could try sparking water... or putting a slice of lemon in the water. If you REALLY can't do water, I would say go for squash/cordial or fruit juice.

If you don't like water at all, try to drink a healthy juice like Orange or apple Juice, my doctor told me that it is healthy, after a while I started drinking water only.

Have lemonade or ice tea. those require water to be mixed. If you are that worried go to the hospital and they can give you the liquids you need through a needle into your body.
