go to any summer camp. i lost 5 kilos in 3 weeks...
exercise doesnt really influence your weight loss.
what you have to do is eat healthily and in small portions whenever you feel hungry. its better than meals and snacks in between.
sit down while eating, and chew slowly...that will make you feel full faster so u wont eat as much!
