Premium unleaded and Amzoil at a 30:1 mix ratio.

It depends on the brand of oil, and how aggressive of a rider you are. I ran 32:1 in my cr125r because I was a real aggressive rider. I run 32:1 in my cr250r as well. If you aren't aggressive, 48:1 will be fine. Usually your best bet is to try both and see what works out better for you. Run 32:1 first, and if you foul out a lot of spark plugs, then try 48:1.

I use 32:1 in my CR250.
Kids some times lug around in 1st & 2nd gear without winding out the motor and foul the plug. I've thined out their mixture to 42:1 with no problem.
If you're fouling plugs @ 32:1 - thin it out in steps till you get the right combination.

32:1 to 24:1 depending on how hard it's ridden, the type of oil used and the octane level of the fuel.
