Beauty comes in different forms of warm feelings. Attractiveness and appealing pulses. It differs from a human being to another. Scientifically and biologically you will have a different answer. Philosophically and psychologically your question is complicated upon the facts you have given. In a nuttshell sight and sense make feelings formed.

It is what the Soul craves. Just look at nature and the evolution of birds and animals, trees and flowers. Only the strongest survives, and the beautiful ones are sort after. Man/Women Kind is not any different when it comes to the quality of beauty.

I agree with archee in some ways .May be it s an obsession .I think there is not a stable and objective form of beauty like in Milano or on catwalks .Beauty is subjective it depends on person .And it s more important somebody's personality and character than its physical appearance .Yea maybe when people see a good-looking sexual women they look at her with an open mouth but in fact living with a person and loving a person totally different .You should get along well with the person you love or like .So these are my sincere opinions about your question .Take care.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, We may think someone is not very beautiful but there partner may think they are gorgeous.
Who are We to judge as long as we are happy with the way we look and or friends/family are. what does it matter what others say.

beauty is the quality that gives pleasure to the mind or senses and is associated with such properties as harmony of form or color, excellence of artistry, truthfulness, and originality...soo why wont we be sensitive? its hard to find the perfect beauty...inside or outside us...it takes a lot of work to really know and undestand somebody or to get to accept him as he is soo we can see the perfect person in him...the really beauty of its look and psihic...soo think why we live in mediocracy!!!
