I don't think it has so much to do with the educational system per se. It has to do more with permissive parents and not instilling a little diligence and responsibility in their children. Yeah i would say so.But have you seen some of the guy questions about penis size?? Someone must post that question at leat 3 times a day you'd think that they would look at the other answers and then they wouldn't need to keep asking them over and over! Because people in the 80's and down didn't get to learn about there periods. My mom didn't know about here peiod until it came. My grandma thought that she was dieing when she got hers.
