Where could I take a slate top end table to be repaired or replaced?

It's an antique and I would like to have it restored somehow.

check the yellow pages for restored furniture ,home depot is a good place to ask that question, take a picture of the table into the store and ask someone ,they might be able to tell you how you can do it yourself
