You need to find a job that allows you a flexible schedule to fit with your educational needs. There is no law. Michigan has only at-will employment.

Not sure I understand your question, no-one but you can "legley make you chosse" anything, Michigan is in the United States, and so you are a free agent.
Perhaps your employer is telling you you must come to work to get paid? If that is the case, and you wish to continue school, you must find an employer willing to pay you four days wages for four days work, and find a way to live on less money & finance going to school on the other days.
Incidentally, the best way to do this is to work harder and make yourself more valuable to your employer, not to complain about them!

It has nothing to do with Michigan, that's everywhere. Just remember you don't have to attend every class every time. College is extortion. You just need a paper to say you went to get a decent job after. You don't learn much there anyway. Just pay the money, take the tests, study OR go to class. Its rarely necessary to do both. If you do, you will have to either go part-time or work very little. All of us that did not have mommy and daddy paying had to go through this. It sucked but we survived. You can do it too.

You need some more education. Your grammar and spelling are bad.
No one has to choose between education and work. If you are old enough and want to work, go to work. If you have not graduated from high school, continue to go to high school until you graduate.

Ford did the same thing too me. I quit, finished my degree and now I own my own business. Prioritize. Write out your goals and let NO ONE stop you from obtaining them. No one can deny you your right to education. Get another job. Quit making excuses and move on..

I worked full time and went to school full time. I was still single and younger, but I knew what I wanted and I worked to get it.
