I'm 16, about 5 foot, and about 95 lbs.. i'm active, and have a 17% body fat index. how many calories a day should i be eating? I really want to be a little healtier. I'm starting to train for drill team, it takes a lot of upperbody strenght. I'm not hoping to lose weight (Although, a few pounds isn't bad) please give me advise. I'M LOOKING FOR REAL ANSWERS, FROM SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY'RE TALKING ABOUT! Thank you, ~Brat~

If you are excercising, as for Drill Team, you need at least 1600-1800 calories per day. The lowest a female should ever go is 1200 calories per day.
Increase your protein to help your body build muscle tissue. Stay away from processed sugars and starches (no "white" foods or sugared sodas/drinks).
