Causal dress in the midpoint between Street dress and non-formal. It usually entails nice slacks or a simple (not gaudy) skirt, and a wrinkle free blouse.
Thing that are NOT casual:
jeans w/ holes in em
T-shirts
Sneakers/tennis shoes/gym shoes
Things that when paired correctly can be considered as casual:
dark-washed jeans
Blazer/blouse
flats (no heel higher than 2.5'')
sweater
Casual dress is not good enough for church, but too dressy for a regular school day.

Casual means to wear nice dress down clothes like jeans and a nice top. Nothing to slutty and you look nice but yet comfortable.

Nice jeans and a top - not a t, necessarily. A pair of sandals or ballet flats. If this is something you'll be repeating, like work or a church or family function, look to see what your boss or leader is wearing & take it from there.
