Hi people. Has anyone here read the Alex Rider books? As you can probably guess they were wrote by Anthony Horowitz. Also, has anyone read the Diamond Brother series? Written by the same guy. They're books for teenagers, so I guess I'm also checking what age groups r on this site. If u have what do u think of them?

To futbol, I kind of love them all, but if I had to pick one, it would probably be Scorpia cause you find out about Alex's dad, but I do like the guy Sarov out of Skeleton Key. The ending was slighty surprising, but cool.

I'm 18 and I still read the Alex Rider books. I din't fancy reading any of his others as there must be a reason why Stormbreaker got turned into a movie instead of one of the Diamond Brothers stories. I still think they're great, my favourite so far being Point Blanc. It has to be said, Miss. Stellenbosch kicked a** although the cloning storyline was a bit off the wall. True, no doubt, living in such a close environment with only the other clones around them would have made the clones act the same, with regards to their movements, but it's not just genetics that decide how someone turns out, environmental factors affect people too. It's the choices you make that make you who you are.

My son has read the Alex Rider series and other books by Anthony Horowitz but I don't think he has seen the Diamond Brother series. I think my son started reading that series around 10 or 11 and continues to read books by that author and he is now 14. He is also in to Harry Potter, and the Eragon series as well and more. He very much enjoyed the Alex Rider series.
Enjoy.
