Hi. I am probably going to be no help with such a technical question. I bet there are people who fly on the shuttle that wear glasses. Not all astronauts are pilots you know. They are scientists. That opens things up. Go to the source. Ask NASA. But I just wanted to say 2 important things. Number One: never be discouraged and keep dreaming!

You need to be fairly good at math so you can get your pilot license. Your eyesight could be a problem but maybe not these days. Your best bet would probably be to get into aviation in the military and go from there. However, the best place to get the correct answer is to go to www.nasa.gov. NASA will have all of the information you need. Good Luck and follow your dream!
