I used to live in lowell Mass.
It's a very good place,there is no too much social life going on but no enormous crime rate.
I think Lowell is a very good place for your Business.
Because of it's diversfication.
There are people of all different backgrounds that live in the city.
So that might boost your biz.
I love Lowell.its cool.
