Life's too short to wake up and determine that it's already a bad day. If there is something your not looking forward to then don't do it. If you don't want to go to work then consider the consequences and choose between the lesser of two evils. Remeber... Your inbox will still be full the day you die. Check out my profile for a link to my website. You won't regret it.
Thanks

I woke up once, and getting out of bed I stepped on a lego. Believe me, that hurts so bad...
After that, I walked towards the bathroom and ran into a wall with my shoulder. Again, ouch.
Finally, getting into the shower, I slipped and fell on my butt on the bathroom floor.
Perhaps I should have just stayed in bed that day, but yes, I knew the rest of the day was gonna be bad. And it was :)

Yep, this is known as 'out of synch' and unless you can get back into synch nothing will work out well. Usually, I take a break for about 30mins by myself, have a cup of tea, think positively and start all over again. It works.

We all need someone
To talk to in our life,
A friend to whom we run
In times of stress or strife
A friend who's always there
Throughout the years,
A friend we know will care
And take away our fears.
A friend who's always near,
Waiting for our call,
To wipe away our tears,
And lift us when we fall.
A loving friend indeed,
On whom we can depend
To fulfill our every need -
Thank you, precious friend
