well i don't know if you gonna do this....you have had the fighting spirit to set up your brain that you have to be awake on the specific time that you wanted to...don't rely only on your alam clock...you have to tell your body and mind that you need that time to wake up......actually i only have 4 to 5 hrs sleep everyday even on a weekend...for the first 2 weeks it is gonna be toughm but believe me if you have the guts you can do it...

My motivation is daylight coming in my windows and the need for coffee.
It sounds like you are not getting enough sleep or are not sleeping well. There can be an endless number of reasons. Try not eating for four hours before bed time. Try doing something to relax completely before bed time and go to bed earlier. How old is your mattress? Maybe it is time to look for one that is more comfortable. Traditional mattresses are good for up to 15 years.

My two gorgeous little boys are the only motivation i need to get up every morning... Even on those really tough days, if i don't get up they jumps all over me and squeal until i get up... Coffee always coaxes me out of bed too lol...

maybe you don't sleep soundly-could be the matress, late nite eats or caffeine, poor air quality in you room, stress-any number of things.
i used to sleep to 10am regularly, and hated getting up then. now, i have some short-term and long-term goals set that require my immediate attention each day.
Everyday is an opportunity to make more money, do better in school, work on my old house with the vision of the day we will sell it, call my very best girlfriend, or meditate and spend some time with myself.
either way, laying in bed gets none of this accomplished. i hate to waste time sleeping, even though i realize its importance. life is too short to stay in bed everyday-you never know when tomorrow won't come. make the most of your life!
well, now i'm preaching....

I know you are probably very busy, but try going to bed an entire hour earlier and see if you feel better in the morning.

Just do it! It is something that you just have to do. Think of all the things you have to do. Usually when the clock goes off my bladder goes off too and I always have to get up to pee.
