When you have a child does it seem to further complicate things?

Your life definitely changes and you have to make sacrifices for the family now versus just for each other.

I don't think things get "worse", Life becomes more challenging and enriching. You have to care for a child and bring that child up with good morals and beliefs. That child totally is dependent on you.

If you look at it as worse, you will never enjoy the childhood years. Teach the child to grow up successful, to show compassion, etc. It is all how you look at it.

You would really have a different life but not necessarily worse.

if a relationship has issues to begin with, a baby will not fix it and may in some cases actually compound the issues ... on the other hand, if a relationship is very good and there is real love and respect between the party's, then a baby can enhance the relationship ... it depends on the people and the relationship

A baby is not the answer for a poor relationship. Bad relationships often break up after a baby is born. The added responsibility is often to great.

It can go either way. Depending on the circumstances that were pre-pregnancy. I can give an example of a personal experience, My ex boyfriend found out that the girl he was dating before me was pregnant while we were seeing each other and he went back to her and now they have moved in together. So in this situation, the baby brought them closer. but every situation is different.
