It totally depends on your intentions and interests; There are various jobs that requires international traveling such as;
1- International business - Profession: Business
2- International marketing /visitor- Marketing management
3- Oil field engineer - Engineering
4- NGM photographer - Photography
5- UN translator - Multi-language interpreting
6- Reporter - Journalism
These are only some examples, International traveling is a costly job, So, in general, the bigger the company you will work for and the higher your position in that firm, the more international trips you will have.

Washing dishes in restaurants is almost universally in demand, doesn't require special qualifications and doesn't require a long term employment contract.

Some people, if staying in a place for several months and if suitably qualified, teach in schools or teach their native language.
