I am not into jewelery. I would not choose either of them. I prefer Opals. They are my birthstone and I think they are prettier. I don't even wear a watch.
I think Pearls are more elegant than diamonds.

Diamonds. Pearls remind me of old people and come in and out of fashion for the younger generation. Diamonds will never go out of fashion.

Diamonds of course I think pearls are so old fashion but diamonds can be worn with anything!

For a specific event? Pearls are more conservative; diamonds are flashy, so if it's for an event, decide the look you want. If it's just to have, diamonds can be worn almost any time, but pearls are usually reserved for special occasions.

I love diamonds, but pearls are great, too.

diamonds! cuz pearls can make you look older than you are. however i have to admit, to wear pearls you have to be really confident! anyone can wear diamonds, but to wear pearls AND pull it off- that takes a lot of class!

If I had to choose betweet the two, I would pick Diamonds, because they go with anything, where as pearls are more formal.

im a guy.... and my dad has a jewleery shop..... many girls and women buy diamonds....i agree that diamonds are a girls best friend.... bu pearls are also nice ...theyre both classic......both are nice.... but if im taking my date to a formal party id let her wear both.... a peral and diamonds necklace, a diamond bracelet, pearl earings...the both are nice...i prefer white diamonjds and black pearls.....coz u know thare are colours of each
