Yes - often. And I once read that if, as you are going off to sleep, you make a conscious decision to remember your dream, you can. I find this works!
I always enjoy my dreams, It's like a free, HD movie!
Mind you - is there anything more boring than someone telling you about THEIR dream?

I never have good dreams.Always bad. So I try not to remmeber them.They wake me ^^ in middle of tha night. I have had tha same dream 3 different times about us getting bombed. So I try to forget my dreams.....and sometimes I will only SOMEWHAT remember them.

I do most of the time. I've been told to use a dream journal in dream analysis and interpretation books.

On very rare occassions i remember my full dream most of the time i just remember little bits of it. On the occassions i have remembered the full dream they have been good. x
