My life time dream is to become a famous actress and hopefully a singer to. I would like to become famous before i'm 15 but i don't know how to get involved with movies and things

take drama lessons, look in the papers for auditions or things in your area. Keep looking for opportunities to get noticed.

I hate when I hear young people go on about how famous they want to be , but not about how hard they are willing to work, or what they are doing now or going to do.
get your head out of the TV and off the Internet, wanna get somewhere, work for it.
Your best bet is to look into your community for what you can do for acting ( like summer arts programs or even programs in your school). wanna be a singer, for the love of god take singing lessons. Wanna act , or in general, be on television, sign up for drama at your school or anything theater related. Since your young, you can gain confidence in a smaller, intimate environment while having fun. Do them while you are in school, because once you get out there and become an adult , the cost for classes is astronomical. And competition is fierce, dont think your the only one who has your eyes on fame. Always realize there are lesser and greater persons than yourself who want it and deserve it.
And when it comes to life, whatever you do, do it because you want to, do it because you have passion, ask yourself "if no one ever saw my face,would I still be plugging away". IF you can answer that honestly with a yes, then you've got passion. You gonna need it for how many No's you will here when you start out.

go to your local theatre and try and get involved in anything there. also try your local film schools and try and be involved in any of there productions. the main thing to do is just try and get your face out there. audition for anything that comes along because even if you don't get the role, the casting people will have seen you and might think of you for a future project. another thing is to make your own short films. write a script that you want to do and then get some people together, film it, and enter it into festivals for exposure. In this age of digital technology you don't need $10,000 to buy film to make a movie anymore, you can do everything on digital cameras and home pc's. Also get your stuff online to as many sites as possible ie youtube.

a really good drama school because that is how most actresses started off. or a small part in a movie someone will pic you

Go to acting school and study hard. If you really want to be someone, no matter who it is, you will get there eventually. You just have to be willing to work hard and by all means believe in yourself.
