how can i make time for me to do my work and even keep my friendship when friends love to talk with unpercievingly controlling the time?

it is not hard to take a couple of hours of your week to hang out with your friends. they will appreciate it and it might grow to something better where you are friends for life. that is the best feeling.

You should leave your friends and move on to less talkitve ones or if they are truley your friends try to squeeze them in for a couple hours a week going to dinner together see a flick with them one night or anything that you can do to make room in your life for your good friends.

well.. its all about balance. work and play go hand in hand. when its time to work. work. finish all you need to do in an allotted period and then, schedule all your other activities.. such that they don't overlap. keeping a planner helps a lot. time management is the key thing here.

It's a matter of control. You have to learn the skill. Learn to say you have to go as well when you really need to.

balance and proper time management is the key. if u have something urgent to do and your friends are hampering u from doing it, then, tell them...it won't hurt to be honest.

if they are truely your friends , they will understand and accept this. if they do not then they are not your friend, cut em loose. better to have one or two good friends than a bunch of so called friends.
