United States and the Pentagon is to blame because America help Afghanistan secretly to fight the Russian invasion during the 1980's. Russia lost the war, so they left and so as the U.S., Afghanistan did not get any help from any country after the war, and so they produce this kind of people like Osama Bin Laden. The U.S. has been warned before several times about the threat of Al-qaeda under Osama Bin Laden. But without enough funds for the CIA to carry out their mission, the threat was just ignored or just did not pay too much attention until America was attack on SEPTEMBER 11, 2001.

Well yes indirectly it was America, or in fact some Americans, that probably include Chaney , Rumsfield , Bush and others connected with Haliburton and the Defense and Oil industries as the record shows that Bin Laden from the Mujahadeen was actually originally financed and trained by the US to destabilise the Russian Backed Afghani Government at the time. It should be noted that they (the US Administrations) also originally trained and financed Gaddafi and Saddam Hussien amongst others, those being the most notable of those that subsequently turned on their "masters".
If in fact Bin Laden and or other Muslims were the financiers or Principals of this act it should be noted that the intitial cause of their motivations would be Religious.
If you read the wiki on 911 conspiacies one has to realise that there are many factors that have not been addressed in reports or findings or disclosures to the public so we will never know the full facts or whom was to truly blame but.... If it was not the CIA or the Bush Administration directly they somehow either complicitly or through stupidity contributed to the final outcome.

Bush and company in cahoots with bin laden with whom there is a long standing business arrangement - arbusto oil. And Jet fuel has a burning temp of around 300 degrees C, with a maximum of around 950 degrees, this maximum is only obtained in an oxygen rich atmosphere. Within the wtc there was a lot of black smoke, indicating poor oxygenation and low temp burning - the massive fire balls on the outside of the building were the burning of the vast majority of the fuel contained within the wings of the planes. Steel melts at 1500 degrees plus, and if someone can explain to me how there was molten steel pouring down the side of the building many floors below the impact area I would be most grateful. To me this looked like a thermite fire, to cause initial weakening of the structure.

It's highly likely that the nameless, faceless power brokers who really rule our country behind the scenes were responsible for this disaster. "They" needed a reason to illegally and unconstitutionally order Bush to invade Iraq, and killing a few thousand Americans was simply "collateral damage".
They had to invade Iraq for two reasons: 1) to settle the score and finish the Bush family's personal vendetta against Hussein, and 2) because Dick Cheney wants all that OIL swimming underneath Iraq's sands so his Exxon-Mobil buddies can all get richer and richer and richer.

Something had to happen to enrage the gullible conservative and liberal ditto heads sufficiently to allow them to support Bush's decision to go to war. That terrorist act accomplished two things: 1) It gave "them" a reason to invade Iraq and capture all that OIL (by the way, the U.S.A. is currently building the largest embassy in the world on 104-acres of prime land in downtown Baghdad. Why? Because we intend to be there for decades, until we've sucked all the OIL out of Iraq's sands).
2) It provided one more way to boost the obscene profits of our huge military-industrial complex (after World War II, industrialists recognized how profitable war could be, and they were not about to stop manufacturing armaments, fighter jets, tanks, bombs, and missiles just for the sake of peace. So "they" involved the U.S. in the Korean Conflict; the Cold War; the Cuban Missile Crisis; the Vietnam War; and Desert Storm all for PROFIT. Now "they" (the wealthy elitists and industrialists, the lobbyists, special interest groups, and big business) needed a rock-solid reason for starting one more very profitable 'war'.
