Only if you have software that allows you to switch between the two. Yahoo only handles one webcam window. There's nothing to stop one alternating between images, though, so long as Yahoo only sees one at a time.
MSN works on the same principle.
Maheveer's suggestion is invalid. You can't log on to the same computer with two IDs. What you could do, though, is to have two computers sharing an internet conection and each with its own cam. Then you could use two IDs to display two different pictures.

Can you log on twice with two different ID's in yahoo messaging on the same computer at a time. Trust me if you able to do so. go ahead you can use an many as you want.
